I use the Prepare and Enrich model for premarital counseling to dive into the most intimate topics with couples.  In these sessions couples will complete an initial premarital assessment in order to increase their awareness about the strengths in their relationship, their personal and collective goals and address potential areas of conflict. Premarital counseling opens up conversation for couples and is a great way to ensure a strong, healthy, and long-lasting relationship.
